Associates

The following scientists are working with IINAS on an individual base:

Physicist, prof. for physical resource theory in the Department for Energy and Environment of Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg (Sweden).

His research is on developing energy systems and land uses, and their interactions. His focus is on how to use biomass to reduce the greenhouse-gas footprint of the energy system, and on the effects of large-scale biomass use. He leads IEA Bioenergy Task 45 (Climate and sustainability effects of bioenergy within the bioeconomy). He was honored in 2010 with the Nordic Council of Ministers' Bioenergy Price.
